The idea is to try to match up people who are interested in going through the PRs with committers that are interested in helping. It is generated from the file /home/linimon/public_html/recommended.prs on freefall. This is intended to be a highly-filtered list to see if we can get more people interested in bugbusting without being overwhelmed by the large number of PRs. An HTML version of this report is available at http://people.freebsd.org/~linimon/studies/prs/recommended_prs.html. Please give feedback on this report to linimon@FreeBSD.org.
