We have a few questions: -is the controller well supported under FreeBSD? Do you have any success-story about it? -is it possible to control the rebuild of the array via camcontrol or any other command-line tool? Is camcontrol the only tool to monitor the drive status or is there any port? We are looking for a controller that has a good support with FreeBSD. What is your opinion? It's just needed if you want to add an additional logical disk because you plugged in some additional drives. > We are looking for a controller that has a good support with FreeBSD. > What is your opinion? > > The Px00 controllers are OK. But for mass-storage, we're moving to Solaris + ZFS. It works great as an NFS-server for FreeBSD.
