You may try to use built-in Internet sharing on PDA.
Alternatively, look at ICSControl application (freeware), you may find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=377047

Using this utility you may turn on NAT in device. After that you should access Internet without problems. Tested it myself, works great.
