As I said a few months ago, I don't think it can be done using the existing CTM infrastructure. My first efforts are at: ftp://cauchy.math.missouri.edu/pub/CTM/svn-cur/ The file README explains how to apply the deltas. Please try it out, and offer suggestions and ideas for changes and improvements.
