It is a known issue (see also bin/162588). Disabling compression by using -Z option may be useful to avoid the SIGBUS. FYI, I extracted a cvsupd binary from a cvsupd package compiled for i386 systems and using it on my amd64 machine. It is working well even if the compression is enabled. -- Hiroki ----Security_Multipart(Tue_Jun_19_02_16_46_2012_039)-- Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (FreeBSD) iEYEABECAAYFAk/fYn4ACgkQTyzT2CeTzy2CrQCeLtGCYLS/Sj/OOZHaG3wUASdR GlYAn3Kaotwdq8u9xZsx3L2yv7Axk3Gx =OpGh -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ----Security_Multipart(Tue_Jun_19_02_16_46_2012_039)---- From owner-freebsd-hubs@FreeBSD.ORG Sat Jun 23 15:31:58 2012 Return-Path: Delivered-To: hubs@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [69.147.83.52]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 532B6106566C for ; Sat, 23 Jun 2012 15:31:58 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from simon@FreeBSD.org) Received: from emx.nitro.dk (emx.nitro.dk [IPv6:2a01:4f8:120:7384::102]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 0FA138FC17 for ; Sat, 23 Jun 2012 15:31:58 +0000 (UTC) Received: from mailscan.leto.nitro.dk (mailscan.leto.nitro.dk [127.0.1.4]) by emx.nitro.dk (Postfix) with ESMTP id 6A18B129F97 for ; Sat, 23 Jun 2012 15:31:57 +0000 (UTC) Received: from emx.nitro.dk ([127.0.1.2]) by mailscan.leto.nitro.dk (mailscan.leto.nitro.dk [127.0.1.4]) (amavisd-new, port 10024) with LMTP id 5wpng7TZe7kZ for ; Sat, 23 Jun 2012 15:31:55 +0000 (UTC) Received: from [192.168.4.32] (unknown [46.7.100.49]) (using TLSv1 with cipher AES128-SHA (128/128 bits)) (No client certificate requested) by emx.nitro.dk (Postfix) with ESMTPSA id 89B50129F51 for ; Sat, 23 Jun 2012 15:31:55 +0000 (UTC) From: "Simon L.
