(Basically a very large number of files were removed from ports, and if more than 2500 files are removed, the system assumes that this is due to a massive failure rather than how things really are. I set the limit to 250000 for now.) You can get the latest delta from http://web.missouri.edu/~stephen/CTM/ports-cur/, and it should start propagating amongst the mirrors in a few hours.
