I found it while building vlc from FreeBSD ports.  I think the ports
takes the "AUTHORS" file and creates vlc_about.h for some reason.
Then an error occurred.

It would be nice if you could replace the code with Ascii.

I copied this email to the FreeBSD vlc ports maintainer.
