======================================================================

bash requires fdescfs(5) mounted on /dev/fd

If you have not done it yet, please do the following:

	mount -t fdescfs fdesc /dev/fd

To make it permanent, you need the following lines in /etc/fstab:

	fdesc	/dev/fd		fdescfs		rw	0	0

In addition to Michael Zhilin pushing fixes up to Jenkins for procstat
support,
in the past few days, Allan Jude modified the FreeBSD procstat utility to
use the libxo library so that procstat output can be in JSON or XML:

https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/svn-src-all/2015-September/109744.html

This is great stuff, and will make writing scripts on top of FreeBSD
utilities a lot
easier. This benefits Jenkins, but goes beyond just Jenkins.
Thank you to Michael and Allan!!

--- Comment #1 from lapo@lapo.it ---
Out of a copy-paste error I failed to trim the stacktrace, only the last two
causes are interesting to this bug, of course.

--- Comment #2 from Jung-uk Kim <jkim@FreeBSD.org> ---
It seems working fine for me.

% cat TestUCE.java
import javax.crypto.Cipher;

public class TestUCE {
  public static void main(String args[]) throws Exception {
    boolean unlimited =
      Cipher.getMaxAllowedKeyLength("RC5") >= 256;
    System.out.println("Unlimited cryptography enabled: " + unlimited);
  }
}
% /usr/local/openjdk8/bin/javac TestUCE.java
% /usr/local/openjdk8/bin/java TestUCE
Unlimited cryptography enabled: true
% /usr/local/linux-oracle-jdk1.8.0/bin/java TestUCE
Unlimited cryptography enabled: false

Note the test code was taken from here:
