I'm no expert in kernel debugging, but this looks like the issue described
in /usr/src/UPDATING entry 20121223 and explained in the second bullet
point here:
https://www.freebsd.org/releases/10.1R/errata.html#open-issues

Are you on i386 (32 bit as opposed to amd64 64 bit)? Are you running a
multi-disk ZFS (mirror or raidz)?

If so, the GENERIC kernel used in FreeBSD 10.1 will not work for you, and
you will need to build a custom kernel with  options KSTACK_PAGES=4
