Hi,

SCSI command #12 is:

#define INQUIRY                 0x12

That means you might need to set the UQ_MSC_NO_INQUIRY quirk for your 
device, before it works. In recent 11-current images, this can be done 
from the loader. See usb_quirk manual page in 11-current.
