This was easy since it was listed under "List my other subscriptions". But even if I try https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/ctm-src-10-fast it seems as if I could subscribe there again. So probably it will be enough if postmaster@ creates it and we'll spread the word through ctm-users@. I don't think that any new users will want to use ctm (unfortunately). The tag is key the issue. Also reminders from people like you are very helpful. I don't think space will be an issue at all. The ctm-src disk usage tends to be rather minimal. It is the svn-cur that take all the space.
