Hi, I am a newbie to FreeBSD. I've just installed FreeBSD 10.2. Then I compiled xfce4 desktop. So far so good. I installed firefox by issuing a command, pkg install firefox. It was installed without any problem, but from the xfce4 desktop it won't open. I tried to update it by issuing a command, portmast -r firefox. It failed to finish the job. I removed firefox. (pkg remove firefox). I tried to compile firefox, but it failed too with the following message. ===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly. There is no config.log file in "usr/ports/www/firefox/work/firefox-44.0.2. Best regards, Jay
