The usual, are they spelling your username correctly ? is your server able to lookup your username (if your using mysql) ? what happens if you create a google account and send an email from there, same symptoms ? 553 5.3.0 ... Address does not exist 553 5.3.0 ... No such user 553 5.3.0 ... No such user here 553 5.3.0 ... User unknown, not local address
