Grep /var/log/messages for the day you did the upgrade for "harfbuzz". See = if any of he packages was deinstalled AFTER installing it. This is what I saw. After that I checked and "pkg info" still showed the port installed but the files listed were simply not present. A 'pkg delete -f' followed by a 'pkg install' restored the missing files.
