Hi Hans,

I don't actually need to use midi myself. I was going to see if I could
implement the midi feature in jack sound server. So I am hesitant about
buying a USB card.

The problem I am seeing seems to be a problem of the driver
infrastructure. It doesn't even call the function 'emu_midi_probe' even
though DRIVER_MODULE exists in sys/dev/sound/pci/emu10kx-midi.c
