            Bug ID: 217968
Summary: math/py-numpy: Possible regression with fortran
                    linkage
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: python@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: bacon4000@gmail.com
          Assignee: python@FreeBSD.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(python@FreeBSD.org)

The following error started appearing since running pkg upgrade this mornin=
g.=20
The qiime-test script had been working for the past couple weeks and there =
have
been no major changes to the qiime port lately.

I can still build and run fortran programs using
-Wl,-rpath,/usr/local/lib/gcc49.

This looks to me like a numpy link error, maybe failing to use rpath to load
the correct libgcc?

Thanks,

    Jason

I was able to solve this permanently by deleting gcc and everything that
depends on it, and then reinstalling numpy.

If I can narrow it down more, I'll report back, but this appears to be a pkg
upgrade failure of some sort.

Dear port maintainer,

The portscout new distfile checker has detected that one or more of your
ports appears to be out of date. Please take the opportunity to check
each of the ports listed below, and if possible and appropriate,
submit/commit an update. If any ports have already been updated, you can
safely ignore the entry.

You will not be e-mailed again for any of the port/version combinations
below.

Full details can be found at the following URL:
http://portscout.freebsd.org/python@freebsd.org.html

Port | Current version | New version
------------------------------------------------+-----------------+------------
lang/python36 | 3.6.0 | 3.6.1
------------------------------------------------+-----------------+------------

If any of the above results are invalid, please check the following page
for details on how to improve portscout's detection and selection of
distfiles on a per-port basis:

http://portscout.freebsd.org/info/portscout-portconfig.txt

Thanks.

Subject: ports expiring soon due to Google Code site removal
User-Agent: Mutt/1.5.23 (2014-03-12)

As of 20170324 there are still 175 ports that are marked deprecated and
broken due to the Google Code site having gone away. These are due to
expire on 20170430. Please consider this a "last call" to find a current
mastersite for these ports before then. Thanks.
