I use portmaster these days, but I seem to recall that portupgrade also did the job. I the ports index getting updated? While I don't know, I'm guessing that portupgrade uses the index to figure this out. -- Kevin Oberman, Part time kid herder and retired Network Engineer E-mail: rkoberman@gmail.com PGP Fingerprint: D03FB98AFA78E3B78C1694B318AB39EF1B055683 From owner-freebsd-x11@freebsd.org Fri Feb 3 02:04:44 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-x11@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id AAEC3CCD07B for ; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 02:04:44 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from fullermd@over-yonder.net) Received: from mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (unknown [127.0.1.3]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 95615C57 for ; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 02:04:44 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from fullermd@over-yonder.net) Received: by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) id 91F53CCD07A; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 02:04:44 +0000 (UTC) Delivered-To: x11@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 8FF34CCD079 for ; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 02:04:44 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from fullermd@over-yonder.net) Received: from mail.infocus-llc.com (mail.infocus-llc.com [199.15.120.13]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 63804C56 for ; Fri, 3 Feb 2017 02:04:43 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from fullermd@over-yonder.net) Received: from draco.over-yonder.net (c-75-65-60-66.hsd1.ms.comcast.net [75.65.60.66]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher AECDH-AES256-SHA (256/256 bits)) (No client certificate requested) by mail.tarragon.infocus-llc.com (Postfix) with ESMTPSA id 3vF0P53YzwzMp; Thu, 2 Feb 2017 19:57:29 -0600 (CST) Received: by draco.over-yonder.net (Postfix, from userid 100) id 3vF0P43s2Hz3Hk; Thu, 2 Feb 2017 19:57:28 -0600 (CST) Date: Thu, 2 Feb 2017 19:57:28 -0600 From: "Matthew D. This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'RenderBadPicture (invalid Picture parameter)'. (Details: serial 28746 error_code 141 request_code 138 (RENDER) minor_cod= e 7) (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously; that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it. To debug your program, run it with the GDK_SYNCHRONIZE environment variable to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) Firefox is still running in a non-VNET jail, has been stable until this sta= rted happening. Firefox on host seems to run fine by comparison. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.=
