Hey Brooks,

As you know, we put some finishing touches on the Mergesort Tests this week.

   - I learned and changed the code to fit Style(9)
   - Changed the small_elt test case to expect failure
   - Updating the project page

This has left me in a good place for when I start implementation in order
to ensure correctness. I have begun drafting the plan of action and will be
in touch with questions this week in order to ensure it is comprehensive.
