It would be feasible to write a bit of C code which writes out an arr= ay of 0xff (all 1s) to a file and then use dd to overwrite the USB stick with = that file. That would be fairly simple. If the file were exactly 1 million byte= s in size then it would be simple to figure out what count would be since manufacturers size things in GB, which is 1000 times one million.
