I've just MFCed a big bunch of changes needed to stable/13 and I hope I can rectify the remaining bits early next week in main and provide a new snapshot. The plan then is to MFC those changes timely to stable/13 as well so that both branches will be in synch for this work again. I found this error described in rtwn(4) manpage: rtwn%d: timeout waiting for firmware readiness=C2=A0=C2=A0Firmware upl= oad failed; the file might be corrupted. The driver will disable firmware-depende= nt features. This should not happen. I'm fairly convinced this is not about corrupted file, as I just built world and kernel yesterday (GENERIC), mostly no problems with other stuff. I am running stable because I need drm-devel-kmod in oder to have working modesetting driver on this laptop (ThinkPad T14 AMD 1st gen). My hope is to have everything in main/HEAD/-CURRENT before the end of this week. stable/13 will likely get things officially within 14 days of that but once it is all in HEAD I may just publish a script for the mean time which will git cherry-pick the changes needed for stable/13 as the amount of people asking for 13 is quite large. So you won't have to wait for the 14 days for the MFC to happen. Hope that helps, Bjoern -- Bjoern A. Zeeb r15:7
