As of this writing, there are 5,612 bugs in the 'New' state, out of 11,070 total. This is down from the total of over 11,600 earlier this year. In fact, in the last 365 days, 7,605 new PRs came in, and 8,275 got closed. This took a great deal of work from a large number of people. We're doing a lot better than we have, historically. We are closing more than are coming in -- a trend that has been going on for some time. But, yes, there's a tremendous backlog, and not every PR is going to be addressed in a timely fashion. That's just the nature of a volunteer project. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From nobody Fri Nov 29 14:30:56 2024 X-Original-To: pkg@mlmmj.nyi.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:1]) by mlmmj.nyi.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 4Y0FwK1ZbFz5fFcC for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:30:57 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org (mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:3]) (using TLSv1.3 with cipher TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (256/256 bits) key-exchange X25519 server-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) server-digest SHA256 client-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) client-digest SHA256) (Client CN "mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org", Issuer "R10" (verified OK)) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 4Y0FwJ71Rmz4KCM for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:30:56 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) ARC-Message-Signature: i=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=freebsd.org; s=dkim; t=1732890657; h=from:from:reply-to:subject:subject:date:date:message-id:message-id: to:to:cc:mime-version:mime-version:content-type:content-type: content-transfer-encoding:content-transfer-encoding: in-reply-to:in-reply-to:references:references; bh=l+TgQPD71gYC83hwe+JmSUtVuZCks7CIoerr+NXwl1g=; b=UhDz6IEAdBQZD5LehjG+HPq2oqJlmK57dZKQEtcz2OCeQ8Cd1emcN78s/oc8sh2+VyuNnj qnMBpnX1HjOFnhsn/eLH5mk970K5kSu9HomMiZPNPJrXSRyrLcDnad9+vi9V3QhjmQ2TSB 2xv46m8eG+U+JX+kmKMEJUh2t3qRN+DG4foB6nm9shAwFQuc3FTJOZtIUsF3k7TXE0rYBC myGWKOSuYWq9GiC94Iogc/7oeb894p46Vv5CDMsUNAGPDT2W7BA1m23xY/oVzK33hBXcw+ OMdwgvojGncR9u2waGxJMMvZeZxD7LXk/tErLx9l1WvKrz+UIpoQRZnQZ92U7w== ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx1.freebsd.org; none ARC-Seal: i=1; s=dkim; d=freebsd.org; t=1732890657; a=rsa-sha256; cv=none; b=ZhU2tQOjprXh8Z5ZdfsT6iMTJsqNnyHtckZTSvhtrmbGSJMaYAyk94CZKOiSHqJ9StatDg qE16e1koyV04UGBeAR+pAvU9XJvY/LIGXZ9dSH/N9QpMkqOKOOJZfks+fuYUdUNL8w1fGK P38vi5rpUCasOhOWeN7x1k8vDOzDd9dS0pIchcUGamYv8VZ/BTgdWMoqQirB41nJDHqmq+ t33lJzSk/AvYR/ZgWAr51JrSpvYIZfXBEyuEB47PmcmY2hZ/Hhwoy7h2bkOrGj4yGdAVwd XSTYzTASqR77pMrQ3bW+LyXKc33d9jZW+r94oFjc8Dc1SM/4pQcpoS/Vgj4JRQ== Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::50:1d]) (using TLSv1.3 with cipher TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (256/256 bits) key-exchange X25519 server-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) server-digest SHA256) (Client did not present a certificate) by mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 4Y0FwJ5XNHzRtn for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:30:56 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.5]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id 4ATEUuvP077764 for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:30:56 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: (from www@localhost) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2/Submit) id 4ATEUuhi077763 for pkg@FreeBSD.org; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:30:56 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) X-Authentication-Warning: kenobi.freebsd.org: www set sender to bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org using -f From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: pkg@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 280607] ports-mgmt/pkg: pkg unlock --all fails Date: Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:30:56 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Ports & Packages X-Bugzilla-Component: Individual Port(s) X-Bugzilla-Version: Latest X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Some People X-Bugzilla-Who: p5B2EA84B3@t-online.de X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: pkg@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: maintainer-feedback? (nobody)"=20 If there were someone instead of nobody, perhaps(?) the PR status might get changed to "open". I'd like to go into statistics on PRs and maintainer fluctuation for visualizing facts. Any hints on that, BTW? --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From nobody Fri Nov 29 14:44:01 2024 X-Original-To: pkg@mlmmj.nyi.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:1]) by mlmmj.nyi.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 4Y0GCP5fWNz5fGY9 for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:44:01 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org (mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:3]) (using TLSv1.3 with cipher TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (256/256 bits) key-exchange X25519 server-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) server-digest SHA256 client-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) client-digest SHA256) (Client CN "mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org", Issuer "R10" (verified OK)) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 4Y0GCP2l1Jz4KmM for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:44:01 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) ARC-Message-Signature: i=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=freebsd.org; s=dkim; t=1732891441; h=from:from:reply-to:subject:subject:date:date:message-id:message-id: to:to:cc:mime-version:mime-version:content-type:content-type: content-transfer-encoding:content-transfer-encoding: in-reply-to:in-reply-to:references:references; bh=9EGM70EEh9JjiGKzKajA1WaK+dkz/7M5sC6sBs6kIwM=; b=FVeNEJJshf9Htm1613NEuLWw1Wffg/2hOReGL66Zu2lR4sprwPoWm8AjW/gVDD4i8xEDsJ M0oRkqyN04VDu57iLbmLSGZO+1kpLwSbXp/n588/fZVSIPGYC2FPGcAeW8P13aqE4pZS8b qAKPYLWEZHSXMyFrDMvHsZ67iePH0qf4CE9X0GSNk9Ik/WjiZn1pV3EZGXmoM7WT6ofrBX ikXb5NsQpXTsirG3MzeIbXMcmUwSQkIHsJ83FsOb57KfZTaGjHMUAAhWcvAYlvHvAmJsXA eAHKZxi75oC5pfwebHeq91zE+lumk6X+fKQFeeKZ5OMF1rCP7KcTT/6wGuIS4A== ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx1.freebsd.org; none ARC-Seal: i=1; s=dkim; d=freebsd.org; t=1732891441; a=rsa-sha256; cv=none; b=PmhK1ydu2UHgEivTCRMoG6vrvxlqCaPp0Qqy8tYraIG+qT6+VMji23lXh36ppOvaLmLnyz jtSU7uxSVb/Shyehwoz7YNoERV8SSr9m1PWENlwLJpgdZDOvgfFOQLR6DO05qn2NNYEm50 +XFzU/GLS0ieSzu/MXntJyzKTLUtrM6n7kTMIFUwkYnObMgu7+vI2L7Tk2lyJ79uFSEfXA prGjbIC1uY+TEd/O+dYl2FwRVA8rJ+XmQfu8EtjFBOBuRypolqPzdnf6Jp3LxcK460kdkf OcqkfTB11ULE3Sd0DMCOr/zjuGuKLOuaPaWv+Oy9VZl/Vfj1Up83EyZAFfpuCA== Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::50:1d]) (using TLSv1.3 with cipher TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (256/256 bits) key-exchange X25519 server-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) server-digest SHA256) (Client did not present a certificate) by mxrelay.nyi.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 4Y0GCP2MB0zSK6 for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:44:01 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.5]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id 4ATEi1gw003815 for ; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:44:01 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: (from www@localhost) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2/Submit) id 4ATEi1Ue003814 for pkg@FreeBSD.org; Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:44:01 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) X-Authentication-Warning: kenobi.freebsd.org: www set sender to bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org using -f From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: pkg@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 280607] ports-mgmt/pkg: pkg unlock --all fails Date: Fri, 29 Nov 2024 14:44:01 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Ports & Packages X-Bugzilla-Component: Individual Port(s) X-Bugzilla-Version: Latest X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Some People X-Bugzilla-Who: franco@opnsense.org X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: pkg@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: maintainer-feedback?
