Thats very generous of you Dan, to offer to help improve consistency and correctness in startup/installation scripts. I wasn't aware of the usefulness of devel/rclint and have included it in our development pipeline (for our local customisations). I hope the portmgr and Core team support an additional simple pre-installation check and accept your offer for retrospective fixes. Kind regards, Dewayne
