this should have been addressed to freebsd-isdn; CC'd to there.

the real question is, which cards are supported ?

right now, the supported cards all use a chipset from Siemens (these
are cards common in Europe). All cards are passive, although there's
work underway to add support for a few active cards.

The Siemens chips are:
ISAC: PEB 2085 or PEB 2086
HSCX: SAB 82525 or SAB 82526
