I have been contacted by a recruiter concerning a 3 to 4 month contract in the Silicon Valley. Since I am currently busy here at HP I hope that someone else can handle this. The firm in question is building cable modems. They have a working product running under FreeBSD 2.0.X. They need the driver and other pieces of software ported to 2.2.1. The person they are looking for should have good experience with FreeBSD, drivers and a good understanding the FreeBSD kernel particularly what changed from 2.0 and 2.2. If you can do this project and have the time contact Greg at RGA. His number is 415-397-4646 Ext. 130. His email address is greg@rgatech.com Josef -- Josef Grosch | Laugh while you can | 47L-P4 jgrosch@cup.hp.com | Monkey boy ! | (408) 447-0503
