Wow - i've never seen this in reality! Seems the AOCD decoder
works even for that one :-)))

It means for shure, that the German Telekom indeed does send you
AOCD info: containing the information that no charge info is
available ;-)

The Telekom _only_ sends you meaningful AOCD information if you
do _not_ use another call-by-call provider and if you do not
use a/the special Telekom package where you are charged less
for a package of some special numbers to call to frequently

In case your provider is the Telekom and you don't use a call-
by-call dial-prefix and you subscribed AOCD and you don't call
any of some special numbers, you should get meaningful AOCD
infos or something is broken - please call your nice Telekom
technician to fix it ;-)
