Not sure..  It might be interesting to see the output of the SRM
console's 'show dev' command from your machine, as well as a full
transcript of your boot attempt, from where you type 'boot' to the end
of the error messages, omitting nothing.

Also, what firmware revision are you running?  Perhaps others who have
successfully booted 4100s (or 1200s) could compare f/w revisions with
you.
