Subject:   sftp/ssh quell shell?

Does anyone know how to pass an "ssh" flag that would quell the sourcing of
my destination:~/.cshrc file?  My shell is tcsh on the source *and*
destination boxes, and I realize sftp has an "-o" flag to pass ssh options.
