Hi,

I am trying to install FreeBSD on a Aaeon Gene-4310 board. This is a tiny
sbc based on National's Geode GX cpu with on-board VGA controller, ethernet,
compact-flash slot, etc. It has 64 MB ram.

Currently it has a floppy disk and a harddisk, but in the end I want to run
it with a compact-flash card only.

I am trying to install FreeBSD on it, so I downloaded the boot and mfsroot
floppies. (I tried 4.4, 4.5RC and -current.) The system boots, goes into the
blue installer screen, gives a short messages about locating devices, and
then the screen goes blue with only a blinking cursor. Keyboard is
non-responsive at that point, so I can't switch to the other console to see
what's going on.

Any ideas what is going wrong, or tips how to find out?

Thanks,
Ben
