I've no idea what this means yet
>Description:
Recompiling the kernel to get my sound card working. FreeBSD version 4.7 installed with X-Developer package. Following Procedure 1 from handbook. Seems to compile OK, but linking stops with Error code 1 linking kernel, in function 'if_setlladdr', undefined reference to 'arp_ifinit'. Seems to me that the linker is trying to find something that is not installed, but I installed the complete X-Developer package from the start.
