Hi there! The man page for pam_opieaccess(8) states that "To prop- erly use this module, pam_opie(8) should be marked ``sufficient'', and pam_opieaccess should be listed right below it and marked ``requisite''." However in the pam configuration files for sshd ant telnetd pam_opieaccess is listed with 'required' instead of 'requisite'.
