I set up a "mirror image" of snapshots.jp at snapshots.se last
year.  Right now it has i386 & alpha, with sparc64 and amd64 to
come as HW becomes available at the site.  Unfortunately, ia64 is
too cost-prohibitive for it to be likely to show up there.
