	FUG-BR entry on usergroups.xml is outdated. URLs for both main group's website
and mailing list subscription takes the visitor nowhere. This updated now points to
the main/new website which later takes the user to FUG-BR's Wiki. It also update
members statistics. Thanks for Dru Lavigne for pointing the bad link problem.
