Hi Everyone, Im usman from Pakistan Im looking for remote systems administration related work full time or part time or per project basis. I have worked for more than 6 years in Internet services providers/ISPs as Sr. Systems Engineer, Systems Admin and Network Engineer. Im using Linux since Slackware 8 and Redhat 6.x, have worked in many Linux distributions Redhat, Fedora, Slackware, Gentoo, Mandrake. In unix ive worked with FreeBSD and Solaris. Have hands on experience on SAS and FC based storage devices, SAN swicthes, NAS, tape drives, Cisco routers, layer2-7 switches and load balancers/clusters of alteon, cisco, foundary, extreme. In Virtualization ive worked with vmware and XEN, solaris zones, LDOMS. In hardware ive worked with enterprise class M5000 sparc bases machine and cool thread servers other than that many intel based servers with hardware level raid. For scripting i use perl and bash, Other than that ive worked with many applictaions/databases including mysql, mssql, apache, qmail, vpopmail, sendmail, php, bind, radius, rsync, etc etc. Related to webhosting i havent worked with control panels like cpnel etc, but i can learn very quickly, but ive been handling domains registeration and other issues related to it e.g dns, MX settings etc etc. Im looking for very long term employment and i love to accept challanges. ive a resume in very detail and ive mentioned all kinds of tasks ive completed in my past jobs. please view my resume at http://www.resumedump.com/profiles/?...nbsd@yahoo.com NOTE:you just need to move cursor a bit to view resume on that site or you can download in text and doc format.
