Luck was not so much. :-(

The sysctl hw.ofwfb.relax_mmap=1 helped loading the video driver.
Next problem was, that Xorg 1.6 must be compiled without HAL support,  
otherwise it would deactivate the keyboard and mouse driver.

Now the Xorg starts without errors, but it also freezes the console  
with a blank screen. Looks like it cannot find the monitor.
