I think a few prerequisites first thought: o) finish the Mk/bsd.perl.mk so its *conditionally* included o) the list of dual lifed modules is not the same for lang/perl5.8 lang/perl5.10. We should get that list and do a sweep, lots of .if constructs will need to be inverted to cover people that wish to stay on lang/perl5.8 Of course, I think think moving the default is a good idea and overdue. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1024D/DB9B8C1C B90B FBC3 A3A1 C71A 8E70 3F8C 75B8 8FFB DB9B 8C1C Philip M. Pav has run the -exp build two days ago. There was some fallout, and some things were fixed already. The following things are still failing the -exp build: [Fwd: cyrus-imapd-2.1.18_2 failed on amd64 8-exp] [Fwd: eperl-2.2.14_3 failed on amd64 8-exp] [Fwd: XBone-3.2_2 failed on amd64 8-exp] [Fwd: zim-0.28_2 failed on amd64 8-exp] [Fwd: wml-2.0.12,1 failed on amd64 8-exp] I think Sergey will switch to 5.10.X as soon as these five are fixed.
