For some odd reason tinderbox takes 1-2 iterations to reach equilibrium when someone makes a data structure change, even a change to a header and C file are done in the same commit. It would be really nice to figure out what the issue is because this is a regular occurrence that pops up on the current@ and architecture specific mailing lists. All the tinderbox does, really, is "rm -rf /usr/obj; make buildworld". Note that the tinderbox pulls sources from CVS, so even if both files were modified in the same SVN commit, it may still end up with an inconsistent tree.
