Sorry, I am dead wrong on this one. I have no idea why I have been
misremember about gio stuff. The gio stuff depends on gamin, so GNOME
does use it. I don't know why I always thought that file monitor and
other stuff move from gamin to gio, but it's not. Found out when I was
worked on gio port other days ago.
