The best solutions for query_pci.sh is either to get a propper paid hoster or to create an offline version, where you will have to update the database file from time to time. best wishes pantu On Sun, Jan 8, 2012 at 1:37 AM, =E5=9B=BE=E6=BD=98 wr= ote: > Hi everybody, > > I'd like to point out the coming (inofficial) hardware support list for > freebsd, > currently hosted for testing at > > http://freebsd.0fees.net/ > > The main purpose of this project is to look up supported hardware and the= ir > corresponding configuration in the most detailed way. > > At the moment we are at a stage where we require some input in order to > start evaluating the data. > > > What we need: > > We need a few dumps from your freebsd machines, (pciconf, dmesg and > kldstat). > Paste them in the dump form and set a few options afterwards. > The whole procedure will take no more than 2 minutes. > > Note > > I am note posting this in the forum for a couple of reasons. > First of all, at the beginning we only require a few dumps in order to st= art > evaluating, so we do not need too many posters. > Second, we do not want to differentiate (too much) with spam and real > posters and sort out the mess in the database, as our > data validation is still very basic. > > We have also set up an error/feedback reporting tool, there is no > registration required. Voici la règle à respecter pour poster sur cette mailing-list: ____________________________________________________________________ | Sujet de votre e-mail | Tag à utiliser OU Destinataire à utiliser| |------------------------------------------------------------------| | Alerte ou Incident | [ALERT] || frnog-alert@frnog.org | | sur Internet ou un DC | || | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | Discussion technique | [TECH] || frnog-tech@frnog.org | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | Sujet Système / FLOSS | [MISC] || frnog-misc@frnog.org | | et/ou philosophique | || | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | Recherche ou annonce | [JOBS] || frnog-jobs@frnog.org | | d'emploi sys & réseau | || | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | Demande et réponse | [BIZ] || frnog-biz@frnog.org | | commerciale | || | | Offre ou annonce | || | | *interdite* sauf | || | | occasion ou don | || | -------------------------------------------------------------------- Les adresses frnog-*@ modifient automatiquement votre message pour y inclure le bon tag dans le sujet (frnog-tech@ => Sujet: [TECH] ...). === ENGLISH === Hi, In order to help categorize e-mails it is now mandatory to tag the Subject depending on the content of your message. Here is the rule you have to follow for posting to this mailing-list: ____________________________________________________________________ | Topic of your e-mail | Tag to use OR Recipient to use | |------------------------------------------------------------------| | Alert or Incident | [ALERT] || frnog-alert@frnog.org | | @ Internet or in a DC | || | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | Technical discussion | [TECH] || frnog-tech@frnog.org | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | System / FLOSS and/or | [MISC] || frnog-misc@frnog.org | | philosophical Topics | || | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | sys & network job | [JOBS] || frnog-jobs@frnog.org | | search & offer | || | |----------------------------------------||------------------------| | Sales Q&A | [BIZ] || frnog-biz@frnog.org | | Unsolicited | || | | offer or announcement | || | | is strictly forbidden | || | -------------------------------------------------------------------- When you send to a frnog-*@ e-mail address, the tag is automatically inserted in the Subject. The manpage explicitly states support for Intel CPUs, but since AMD licensed AES-NI from Intel, I think it should also work with the current Bulldozer lineup. Does anyone have experience with aesni regarding the current Zambezi cores? Regards, Mario Fleischmann
