Virtual Execution Environment (VEE) adds another dimension to JUNOS SDK and= complements the existing RE and MP-SDK support by providing new APIs in th= e form of a new component known as VE (Virtual Engine) SDK. VE SDK enables = non-JUNOS third-party (or internal) applications to integrate with JUNOS so= ftware. The job requires creating the infrastructure in JUNOS and other ope= rating systems and then wrapping the services into APIs for seamless integr= ation at data, management and control plane with any Juniper device and ena= bling different services by extending on the Juniper's service chaining mod= el. Requirements: * At least 6 plus years of experience * Expert at designing and building complex system software (Linux/FreeBSD) * Knowledge of Networking esp. TCP/IP and socket programming is must * Understanding of Design patterns, Object oriented design methodology * Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science with 6 plus years relevant exper= ience in systems development using C/C++ * Innovative, self directed and passionate about bringing ideas to life in = a real live software environment Desired skills: * Good knowledge of open source technologies a plus * Knowledge of Linux internals a plus This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small, dynamic team and make = a huge difference by contributing to build the software story of Juniper.
