Hi,

It's in a review, and I've addressed most of the feedback:

https://reviews.freebsd.org/D2559

I'd like to get more feedback before I commit this. I'm hoping to
commit it next week so I can make a start on pushing numa awareness
into KVA allocation and contigmalloc/busdma.

Thanks!
