I have "LSI Logic SAS2308 (8 Port SAS)" and P20 didn't work for me - was getting checksum error even on CURRENT (which has v20 driver). I downgraded to P19 and put it in production with 10.1-RELEASE (v19 driver) and it works perfectly. I understand that the problems with P20 on 10.x were fixed up by P20.00.04.00 Cheers From owner-freebsd-scsi@freebsd.org Sat Jul 25 08:08:17 2015 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-scsi@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 295AB9AA752 for ; Sat, 25 Jul 2015 08:08:17 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from k.kulikov2@gmail.com) Received: from mail-wi0-x231.google.com (mail-wi0-x231.google.com [IPv6:2a00:1450:400c:c05::231]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256 (128/128 bits)) (Client CN "smtp.gmail.com", Issuer "Google Internet Authority G2" (verified OK)) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 89D5287D; Sat, 25 Jul 2015 08:08:16 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from k.kulikov2@gmail.com) Received: by wicgb10 with SMTP id gb10so52396889wic.1; Sat, 25 Jul 2015 01:08:14 -0700 (PDT) DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=gmail.com; s=20120113; h=mime-version:references:in-reply-to:from:date:message-id:subject:to :cc:content-type; bh=gDWFu3Jng8S3XxEJ29YRHYR3S5QpfXPF/yyxTVxze/4=; b=t+BLSDqZp8tltYJ58Kd6PH+DbG6dFlFkOF8WR1J8jym/D2nz8i+e6IY4yvc24LVDS1 ZRgGWMxI8hScXKS11/Q+IReIjWd1slNn2EqmuoTQJjVVkNyjPn9tbwS4pjYWed/d6pzF 91E+jg48aAaKZGgp4JpDg37CRhG5WB/yWKatqtD5/MFhUsiZ1yhpI0v9/EHjmcmVdpfx UXAkPLs668kAcQg9bQKzSunzHCTI7BaHY55YUVGDQPyqewwW65KHslceYU2WsOe35M31 7yVYaqwnHA7bINRp5N5HHOMFl6aqvlfb4MKZq+kjFUSm+E83VrVFYs0f9Cxg4E6qF6BC mwOw== X-Received: by 10.194.238.233 with SMTP id vn9mr37099156wjc.24.1437811694714; Sat, 25 Jul 2015 01:08:14 -0700 (PDT) MIME-Version: 1.0 References: <8F3CEA48-F00B-4CA7-AB23-0CE8783E1969@langille.org> In-Reply-To: From: Konstantin Kulikov Date: Sat, 25 Jul 2015 08:08:05 +0000 Message-ID: Subject: Re: mps driver on 10.2-BETA To: Dan Langille Cc: slm@freebsd.org, freebsd-scsi@freebsd.org Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 X-Content-Filtered-By: Mailman/MimeDel 2.1.20 X-BeenThere: freebsd-scsi@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.20 Precedence: list List-Id: SCSI subsystem List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Sat, 25 Jul 2015 08:08:17 -0000 Sorry, I don't remember exact version.
