Use C++11 lib.

On FreeBSD 10.3, pkg-fallout is reporting errors like these:
...
In file included from /usr/include/c++/v1/locale:192:
/usr/include/c++/v1/cstdlib:159:53: error: expected unqualified-id
inline _LIBCPP_INLINE_VISIBILITY long abs( long __x) _NOEXCEPT {re=
turn
 labs(__x);}
                                                    ^
./extUtil.h:54:18: note: expanded from macro 'abs'
#define abs(x) ((x) >=3D 0 ? (x) : -(x))
                 ^

In file included from /usr/include/c++/v1/iostream:40:
In file included from /usr/include/c++/v1/istream:163:
In file included from /usr/include/c++/v1/ostream:140:

./extUtil.h:54:18: note: expanded from macro 'abs'
#define abs(x) ((x) >=3D 0 ? (x) : -(x))
...

I am guessing it's an issue with the C++ library so the attached patch may =
fix
it. If not we should just avoid building on FreeBSD 10.
