When I run vbox with windows 10 (install CD) and allocate 2 cores/4 GB (out of 4 cores and 8 GB) it runs fine until some other non-trivial task (like java or libreoffice) starts and then both vbox and the new task lock up (a hard reboot is needed) -- Aryeh M.
