What is your filesystem layout (partitions)? It seems the install is trying to hardlink file to a different partitions. Also I don't know why you see the "No such file or directory" error for sample files. They are conditional in plist according to options you selected: %%FILEBEAT%%@sample etc/filebeat.yml.sample %%HEARTBEAT%%@sample etc/heartbeat.yml.sample %%METRICBEAT%%@sample etc/metricbeat.yml.sample Did you use this shar? https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=212453&action=edit Miroslav Lachman From owner-freebsd-elastic@freebsd.org Tue Mar 17 14:01:11 2020 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-elastic@mailman.nyi.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:1]) by mailman.nyi.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 8E38F267291 for ; Tue, 17 Mar 2020 14:01:11 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from peter@pean.org) Received: from mailman.nyi.freebsd.org (unknown [127.0.1.3]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 48hZZv1pbhz4MBN for ; Tue, 17 Mar 2020 14:01:11 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from peter@pean.org) Received: by mailman.nyi.freebsd.org (Postfix) id 3C277267290; Tue, 17 Mar 2020 14:01:11 +0000 (UTC) Delivered-To: elastic@mailman.nyi.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:1]) by mailman.nyi.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 3BE5C26728F for ; Tue, 17 Mar 2020 14:01:11 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from peter@pean.org) Received: from system.jails.se (system.jails.se [52.16.239.146]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 48hZZs4qhpz4M9l for ; Tue, 17 Mar 2020 14:01:08 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from peter@pean.org) Received: from klein.pean.org (h-170-83.A400.priv.bahnhof.se [37.123.170.83]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (No client certificate requested) by system.jails.se (Postfix) with ESMTPSA id 9AA07237708; Tue, 17 Mar 2020 15:01:06 +0100 (CET) Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 Mime-Version: 1.0 (Mac OS X Mail 13.0 \(3608.60.0.2.5\)) Subject: Re: Beats 7 From: =?utf-8?Q?Peter_Ankerst=C3=A5l?= In-Reply-To: <5bdda9b8-9e76-088b-4289-8c04dbb7acc1@quip.cz> Date: Tue, 17 Mar 2020 15:01:06 +0100 Cc: "elastic@freebsd.org" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Message-Id: References: <97FB5F71-B110-4F31-9E62-C0EFCF2E0464@pean.org> <51a99528-d45e-95dc-a365-621c2966f545@quip.cz> <5bdda9b8-9e76-088b-4289-8c04dbb7acc1@quip.cz> To: Miroslav Lachman <000.fbsd@quip.cz> X-Mailer: Apple Mail (2.3608.60.0.2.5) X-Rspamd-Queue-Id: 48hZZs4qhpz4M9l X-Spamd-Bar: / Authentication-Results: mx1.freebsd.org; dkim=none; dmarc=none; spf=pass (mx1.freebsd.org: domain of peter@pean.org designates 52.16.239.146 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=peter@pean.org X-Spamd-Result: default: False [-0.32 / 15.00]; ARC_NA(0.00)[]; TO_DN_EQ_ADDR_SOME(0.00)[]; RCVD_VIA_SMTP_AUTH(0.00)[]; FROM_HAS_DN(0.00)[]; TO_DN_SOME(0.00)[]; R_SPF_ALLOW(-0.20)[+mx]; MV_CASE(0.50)[]; MIME_GOOD(-0.10)[text/plain]; DMARC_NA(0.00)[pean.org]; NEURAL_HAM_LONG(-0.98)[-0.977,0]; NEURAL_SPAM_MEDIUM(0.77)[0.775,0]; TO_MATCH_ENVRCPT_SOME(0.00)[]; RCPT_COUNT_TWO(0.00)[2]; IP_SCORE(-0.31)[ipnet: 52.16.0.0/15(-0.48), asn: 16509(-1.04), country: US(-0.05)]; FROM_EQ_ENVFROM(0.00)[]; R_DKIM_NA(0.00)[]; MIME_TRACE(0.00)[0:+]; ASN(0.00)[asn:16509, ipnet:52.16.0.0/15, country:US]; MID_RHS_MATCH_FROM(0.00)[]; RCVD_TLS_ALL(0.00)[]; RCVD_COUNT_TWO(0.00)[2] X-BeenThere: freebsd-elastic@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.29 Precedence: list List-Id: Support of ElasticSearch-related ports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Tue, 17 Mar 2020 14:01:11 -0000 > On 17 Mar 2020, at 14:27, Miroslav Lachman <000.fbsd@quip.cz> wrote: >=20 > Peter Ankerst=C3=A5l wrote on 2020/03/17 08:31: >>> On 17 Mar 2020, at 01:42, Miroslav Lachman <000.fbsd@quip.cz> wrote: >>>=20 >>> Peter Ankerst=C3=A5l wrote on 2020/03/17 00:10: >>>> Hi! >>>> = https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/logstash6-issue.74359/#post-454612 >>>> Would it be possible to update the port for beat? or add a new one. = It seems it builds without any big changes. This (7.6.1) version of beats are installing Filebeat-Kafka-overview.json in to /usr/local and then trying to hard link it to /var/db/beats. And it failed for obvious reason.
