Log:
  [PowerPC] Floating-point exception trap followup
  
  * Fix incorrect operation on 32-bit caused by incorrectly-sized storage
    for a temporary FPSCR.
  * Fix several whitespace problems.
  * Don't try to enable VSX during cleanup_fpscr().
