No registry, no "integration" into kernel ! The only hard thing is to find the phisical location of ( ). However: 1. use whereis 2. check /var/db/pkg for packages installed. If found - use pkg_delete (the easiest and safest way for package deletion) 3. Watch out kernel messages at startup: look for "not found" "can't find", other reffering problems 4.
