I'm rather surprised. I've had less pleasant results in getting support for obscure configurations with WR. Ah well, I retract the above, then. On the other hand, to be fair to WR, I've gotten lots of great support too, so I suppose its just how people are feeling on a given day.. However I do feel that the general sentiment of the message is accurate, unfortunately.
