Don't delete them. In case you delete them you are no longer able to
run the overuninstall script.

Because of syntax restrictions of the config file parser.

Just touch /etc/isdn/holidays.

Read the output of "man isdnd.rc". Look for the keywords remdial-handling
and remote-phone-dialout.

To do so you have to switch from using the isp interfaces to using userland
ppp(8) with i4b.

In case you are using isp<n>, /etc/resolv.conf. In case of using ppp(8),
see the ppp(8) man page.
