Hmm..  My guess as to what he means is: "How do I build a kernel depending on
whether I want the second cpu enabled or disabled?"  If that's what is meant,
then there are two options to add to the config file:
	options SMP
	options	NCPU=2

Also, If you have I586_FAST_BCOPY, remove it - it doesn't compile.
