The Merit in the ports is _OLD_... kinda sad. All the license information is on our WWW pages at: http://www.merit.edu/aaa/ and more. Yes, it runs under most every UNIX variant including FreeBSD. I haven't yet gotten our management to consider FreeBSD worthy of "official" support but that may change.
